Your purchase of the Unbreakable Umbrella is covered by its Limited Lifetime Warranty. We will refund the price of the Unbreakable Umbrella only for causes listed in its Limited Lifetime Warranty.

Shipping and Handling

We ship all orders by Air Mail
Priority (Air) Mail from VT to anywhere in U.S.A. usually takes up to 4 business days. Air Mail from VT to Canada takes 7-14 business days. Air mail from U.S.A. to other countries takes 2-3 weeks.

Shipping Costs for orders shipped to U.S.A addresses
For orders shipped to U.S.A. addresses shipping and handling is $4.00 for the first book or VHS video (no shipping charge on DVDs) and $2.00 for each additional item (same title or a mix of titles). Cost of Priority Mail shipping for the first umbrella to an U.S.A. address is $10.00, plus $8.00 for each additional umbrella ordered. For urgent orders we offer Express Mail shipping, which costs $30.00 for the first umbrella to an U.S.A. address, plus $10.00 for each additional umbrella.

Shipping Costs for foreign orders from all other countries (including Canada and Mexico)
Shipping for the first book or VHS video (no shipping charge on DVDs) is $8.00, plus $4.00 for each additional item ordered (same title or a mix of titles). To foreign countries our umbrellas are shipped by Express Mail only. Shipping for the first umbrella to an address outside of U.S.A. is $35.00, plus $15.00 for each additional umbrella ordered.

Because our shopping cart software does not calculate shipping charges depending on the country yet, your shopping cart shipping cost and the total price will show the lower amounts, as if for the U.S.A. If you pay be credit card we will adjust the shipping cost and charge your card the correct amount.
