Real Self-Defense LLC's Return Policy

Our guarantee applies only to videos (DVD and VHS) bought directly from Real Self-Defense (except the video Self-Defense: Tools of Attack). If you are not happy with our merchandise, return it in good condition within 90 days together with the invoice that accompanied it, and we will refund the price of merchandise (less shipping and handling)! We do not accept any returns for refunds of the video Self-Defense: Tools of Attack due to the nature of the information on this video. We will only exchange video cassettes of Self-Defense: Tools of Attack in cases of defects. 

Your purchase of the Unbreakable Umbrella is covered by its Limited Lifetime Warranty. We will refund the price of the Unbreakable Umbrella only for causes listed in its Limited Lifetime Warranty.

Within 48 hours of receiving your merchandise we will refund your money. If you have paid by check or money order we will send you our check with the refund. If you used a credit card we will credit your card account.

How to return your purchase for a refund:

• Book or video has to be in good condition, not torn, bent, soiled, or broken. You can view the video before deciding that you do not want it. We sell high quality information and do not play cheap tricks such as requiring that the videos remain in shrink-wrap.

• Very Important! Due to the biological attacks that hurt the innocent American people we require that the invoice be glued or taped to the outside of the package so the invoice number is visible and we do not have to unwrap the package to know to whom we should make the refund. In addition, you may also write the invoice number on the package, in the case the taped or glued invoice should come off. Without seeing the invoice number on your package we will not process your return!

• Send your merchandise to the same address you ordered it from. If you ordered it from us, you can send it back by U.S. Mail or by UPS, FedEx, or some other shipping company.
