The Unbreakable Umbrella in self-defense—Part II

In the following movie you can see a few sensible self-defense techniques, along with some that are too fancy for my taste. Never mind the quality of demonstrators and the demonstration, just look at the techniques:

In the next one the techniques are too defensive, but that is because the demonstrators in that movie use a common umbrella--not the Unbreakable Umbrella. The Unbreakable Umbrella allows for pro-active actions, such as whacking the limbs and so “defanging the snake,” while keeping a safer distance.

In the movie below, between 1 min. 23 sec and 2 min. 26 sec I show what I consider the most sensible way of using the Unbreakable Umbrella in self-defense:

If you don't have the Unbreakable Umbrella, you have to learn more complicated moves than those I prefer. Here are those complicated moves that I don't like:
